Satisfied or refunded
Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we have set up a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order (as evidenced by the postmark) to return your products, even if they have been opened, for a refund or an immediate exchange.
Only the return costs are at your charge.
Please make your request in writing directly to our Customer Service to receive a return authorization.
Products that are subject of a complaint must be returned in their original packaging to the address provided by Customer Service.
For a full refund, Products must be returned in new condition suitable for resale. If the returned product(s) are found to be incomplete, damaged, soiled or unfit for resale, we reserve the right to apply a discount to the refund amount.
Any parcel returned to the address communicated by the Customer Service and not including any element allowing the identification of the Buyer, in particular the return number, will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the Buyer can prove by any other means that the parcel was indeed returned to the Customer Service.
If the above-mentioned conditions are met, we will reimburse the buyer, within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel, the amount paid by the buyer, including the initial shipping costs, with the exception, however, of the costs of returning the products.
